How do you remaster a book?

New cover, revised text, etc. Just generally freshened up.

Also, all of Omnibus' Remastered Editions have the same trade dress, so they look like a series on your bookshelf, like Sonicbond's "On Track" and Bloomsbury's "33 1/3".
