I hope I'm remembering this correctly. If I'm not, please forgive me. I seem to remember a comics professional on a different message board a couple of years ago saying that you had worked out a great origin for The Phantom Stranger, and that if we ever asked you nicely, you might share it with us. So, this is me trying to ask nicely. :D

I've always been intrigued by The Phantom Stranger. When I was a kid, I always imagined him as Superman from years in the future coming back to help out during difficult times.........

Indeed. Close? Supergirl? OK. Probably not.

I suddenly feel like I'm living that old joke: How do you keep an idiot in suspense? And I'm the idiot. :D

What if I offer you a bribe of milk and cookies to tell us?

:snack:

Sorry, but I'd like to hold onto the idea for now.

There's probably very little chance of DC ever letting me write the Phantom Stranger, but...ya never know.

I understand. No harm in asking, I guess! :D I've always found the Phantom Stranger to be the most intriguing character in comics.

Bannings: fear taste?
It's easy. Phantom Stranger was Cosmic Boy, then he became the Time Trapper, and then the PS after he got tired of being a bad guy.

Or has that been done before?
