Joe Staton's Lizz is much more attractive than I remember Gould drawing her. Nice coloring on the Sunday Strip and a nice 9/11 tribute. I'm kind of surprised to see Lee Ebony back. The the Bugs Bunny method of Lizz's escape is hysterical.

Definitely looks like a different artist is drawing Liz.
Also, this is a huge retcon from the 1930s version of Tracy's origin. In the original, he wasn't an officer for years first - he was literally plucked off the street and made a detective after busting some bad guys as a concerned civilian. The bad guys had shot and killed Tess's father and Tracy went after them by himself.
