The October release above will be a true factory-pressed DVD, but note that it will be preceded on July 25th by a "Special Edition" of the movie which FilmRise is putting out only on DVD-R and BD-R:

Watched it on the plane. Pretty good. Wish Cerera had participated to round out the perspective, but David Foster is prominent and very frank with his perspective on that era when Cetera came to the fore. He is suitably full of himself, but it seems like the group was still reeling from the loss of Kath, Guercio, Caribou Ranch, Columbia, etc.

It "looks" like all 3 versions are 113 min, the same length as the original broadcast on CNN.

With possible "listed" bonus features only on the DVD-R and BD-R? Hmmm...

Yeah, it was kind of a bad surprise to see the band listed as producers in the end credits. This had never been brought up in promotion, to my knowledge, even though the director is a relative of a band member.
