The recently released "Simpsons Season 12" set includes the episode "A Tale Of Two Springfields" in which Roger Daltrey and John Entwistle lent their voices. (Pete's voice was provided by his brother, Paul Townshend). In addition, Roger contributes to the audio commentary track.
Unfortunately, the episode itself is rather lame. I know I'm nine years behind in Simpsons reruns, but it is apparent the series had suffered a severe dropoff in quality by November of 2000.

I found it odd that a cartoon version of Keith Moon is seen playing with the Who in the episode, but it turns out that Moon was added at the request of the Who--well, at Daltrey's request, anyway, as he professes in his commentary to be quite a Simpsons fan. There is also a deleted scene included in which Daltrey tells Marge to "Shut the fuck up!" (or some similar use of the F word).
