I’m excited to finally see this.
I posted on the Triumph FB page that I wouldn’t stream and I’d just wait for the video release and weirdos on there said I was being selfish and not supporting the band.
I said I’d be buying physical product and not an impersonal stream and my money would absolutely be going to the band.
Effin’ weirdos.
I deleted the page after that.

I kind of did the same w/the Randy Rhoads doc. I wasn't going to pay $20 to 'rent' it, but I watched it last night now that it's free on Prime. And I'm buying the Blu-Ray of it. Give me physical media all day every day.
And I've already pre-ordered this.
That said, there is apparently some truth to the idea that the first weekend numbers are pretty much the most important for films. Short attention spans and all.

This is available in HD to rent for $4.99 at Amazon Prime so for something I’d watch once, that’s a good deal. I also need to watch that Randy Rhoads documentary.

I was going to splurge for the livestream of this documentary back in May, since the price was about the same as an eventual blu-ray or DVD release. Then a friend of mine did the livestream and gave me his nugs.net log-in info, so I was able to watch it for free (sorry to Gil, Mike & Rik, and the team behind the film). I've been a Triumph fan since getting Progressions of Power in 1980 and it was a thrill to learn so much about them, and see them together again. Even a casual fan will love this film.
