I saw this a few months ago on Showtime I think. Very enjoyable. I was living in upstate ny at the time so I didn't get a chance to hear this station. Truthfully, I probably wouldn't have cared for this music anyway. It wasn't until the '90's that new wave really started doing it for me. I'm usually a decade or two behind the times!

I also saw it on Showtime. I used to listen to WLIR a lot. They weren't always a new wave station. I enjoyed them a lot more when they were playing more classic acts and punk bands. They were a great station though with some great DJs and great live broadcasts.

I saw this recently too and thoroughly enjoyed it. Tragically one of the DJ's interviewed in the movie, Jeff Beck (Carlson), who was my neighbor and friend for the last 4 years, passed away a couple of months ago from a brain tumor.
