On the YUI Orta Hunter/Ronson tour I was in the first few rows (standing) right in front of Ronson all night. Definitely a concert highlight for me.

As a performing guitarist, I wanted to be Mick Ronson. In the 80's I even copied the outfit he wears in the Ziggy Movie, & had to admit I was 10 pounds overweight to wear it in public.

It is authorised. Rolling Stone has confirmed that David Bowie's narration was done specifically for this, it's not just lifted from random interviews:
