Comments on the facebook announcement include:

The CDs are in a multi-case, like DVDs, no jewel cases, we'll never ever use jewel cases for any of our CDs."

And somewhere, when I was clicking around, I saw a note that indicated that the individual albums, but not the bonus material, would be available separately at a later date.

I just find it odd that this is still available. At £50 and limited to only 100, I figured these would have been snatched up by now.

I ordered this....and am really looking forward to it. I also have both "plus" CDs. I'm also surprised that it took 2 days to sell 100 copies at a very good price.

She's also doing concerts again - going to be a SXSW next spring.....I hope she plays New York City while out here.

i guess i won't be buying myself this as my new toy for christmas!

I have the Stateless and Flex plus CD's, but (in my opinion) the best thing she ever did isn't available on CD: the "Slavic Dance version" of "Lucky Number". I have 2 versions on vinyl: one is the B-side of the 7" single version, and the other is on a 12"; it's basically the single version with a long, cool synth solo in between the second and third verses and a longer outro, total time 4' 32".

Looks like there's going to be a smaller cheaper version of the box set coming soon..........

Also next year, most of her albums will be available individually on CD and LP - including the original UK mix/pressing of Stateless. Apparently, all those tapes were lost, and that one is being remastered from a vinyl pressing.

The "Slavic Dance Version" of "Lucky Number" is indeed available on CD: it's on the import version of the "Stateless....Plus" disc. It can be had for a reasonable price on Amazon.

When you say "reasonable price", you're referring to the MP3 download, right?

My bad....it appears that the "reasonably priced" (< $14) discs on Amazon are the US (Rhino) editions of "Stateless - Plus." The import version is, IMHO, unreasonably priced...

That particular cd is out of print. It seems that Lene intends to empty the vaults, though, so I wouldn't be surprised if it showed up in print again.

Assuming these things work the way I understand them to, since she's got the rights to her masters back, does that spell the end of any Stiff releases?

I heard that too. The "Others" CD in the box set (and will be available on it's own) is supposedly going to be the 1st volume in a series of releases.

Only bad thing I've heard (as it's not on the Others disc), is that as of now, "New Toy" won't appear on any of the reissues....supposedly Thomas Dobly (or his publishing company) is demanding alot of money to use it,

I've been reading over at Hoffman that this box set is a disaster.......CD-rs with brickwalled mp3 files.

I'm not regretting buying this......though I still haven't received any notice that mine has shipped.

I'm surprised she's this popular here. Back in the late 70's/ early 80's I found her to be even too far outside the norm for me!

Hmm, no track listing on Amazon, and Discogs and AllMusic don't show any versions of Stateless with the Slavic Dance Version of Lucky Number... I guess the one Schads meant had that version is the Japanese import...? Anyway, I'll just watch for the upcoming reissues.
