Pleasant surprise.......I had a great sounding audience cassette of this show early on in tape trading days, and played it a lot. For 1980, this show is really good.

This will be much better than Dave's Picks 7.

I love Reckoning.....never warmed up to Dead Set.

This show is better than Dead Set.....the night before - 11/29/80 Alligator Alley is a real winner too.

Amazing how many official boots they've sold. I can't imagine many who have bought them all will ever have time to play them all in one lifetime.

King Crimson is rapidly approaching that level, & Pearl Jam may have even surpassed the Dead is sheer quantity of "Official" boots.

Have to say - even though we may be numbed by the outpouring of releases - this is a really great release. I am not a big 80s Dead fan, so I am pleased how much I am digging this. Charles - who probably has this and read the same - they discuss the tape that was circulating re the Fox.

And, as someone who has all the releases, I have listened to them all, most of them several times. Actually getting ready to revisit the entire Europe 72 set soon.
