Remember the John Hiatt promo cd that was very hard to find - "Live At The Hiatt" ?

It appears that Hip-O Select has released it in a limited quantity of 5000 (un-numbered) copies.

Today, (Thursday 2/22) it's back down in price. Now it's only $15.30

I received mine today from CD Universe (fast!). Some people may want to know that is not packaged in a regular jewel case, and it is not a digi-pack.
It is packaged in a flat cardboard sleeve, very much like one of those exclusive bonus cds that is tacked onto a new release.

Since when has CD Universe carried Hip-O Select CD's ?

I know Rhino Handmade started as a "mail order from the label only" enterprise then started distributing to retail.

Has Hip-O gone the same route? Hope so.
