I'm watching the AXS-tv showing of Joe Satriani: Beyond The Supernova that was telecast on 12.23. What is really enjoyable to me is seeing my pals Marco and Bryan (The Aristocrats) playing with Joe on the Asian tour and also Guthrie Govan shows up for the G3 part in Europe. Now for some reason this telecast is not available on DVD or Blu which is a shame as it has some killer sets. What an inspiration Joe is and his joy of life and music. Everyone should be like Joe.

Did anyone ever get this box set? It was advertised as limited to 1000 pieces but its still available at $200. I have the CD and the documentary saved on my DVR.

I've done the same, but haven't taken the plunge on the box. I'd like to, to have the hard copy of the doc and the additional music, but I keep flinching at $200. I should buy it, but...
