Veteran singer/songwriter Stephen Bishop, best known for his pop hits “On and On” and “It Might Be You,” will release a new studio album titled Blueprint on July 29. The record, a follow-up to 2014’s Be Here Then, features new versions of various songs Bishop wrote or co-wrote over the course of his long career.

Among the tunes on Blueprint is an updated rendition of “It Might Be You,” which was featured in the 1983 film Tootsie and received an Oscar nomination for Best Original Song. Blueprint also includes Bishop’s version of “Holy Mother,” a tune that he co-wrote with Eric Clapton and that the guitar legend recorded for his 1986 album August.

I've moved this thread to Collector's Corner for the time being since the rollout for the this album is somewhat convoluted.

The physical CD will be available directly from Stephen Bishop's website, now linked in the first post, but that sends you off to CDBaby so I'm concerned that it might actually end up being a CD-R. (There's no sign of a general release CD at Amazon yet ... ironic, since Bish's label is called General Records. :-)
