i have her whole catalog.........never ever listen to it.

i have taken it off the shelf many times and put it in the return pile only to put them back on the shelf.......'live in paris" is the only one i was ever going to keep.

i'll listen to this one on spotify, and if it is a clone of the last 4 or5 that will be it for me.

I understand what you're saying, Renny. I've got two of her albums, and that's all I need. The only time I listen to her songs is when I put the iPod on shuffle. It's not bad music by any means; it's just underwhelming.

and very repetitive.......sort of reminds me of mark knopfler nd the last 5 or 6 van morrison albums, in that they make the same albums over and over again, with different words

Hate to agree, but I agree... it'll take something really unique and different to get me to buy it. I bought the deluxe version of that T-Bone Burnett-produced album "Glad Rag Doll" for a dollar in the clearance rack at Half-Price Books, and immediately sold it after one listen. I will keep the ones I have for now.

I agree with the above. The only one of her CD's that I can tell from the others is her Christmas CD - for obvious reasons! :wink:
