Not me, at least not today.
My wife had her first follow-up CT scan since she had her appendix removed last summer and it turned out to be cancerous. Doc came in and said, "I looked at your scan, and it's perfect. Totally clean." See you in a year. It was a big relief for her - I think there must be a sense of doubt until you pass that first hurdle. It's not often that you get to use 'lucky' and 'cancer' in the same sentence, but she had quite the streak with this - freak discovery when they did a scan for something else (she had zero symptoms - no indication at all that anything was wrong), it turned out to be low-grade, and it was all contained within the appendix. So, no chemo, no radiation, nothing. Just follow-ups.
So. Whee!

Seriously, though - thanks everybody. I can't say it was totally out of mind, but it wasn't something we sweated about every day. But we knew the test was coming, and there's always a nugget of doubt until you get past it. It was actually more of a concern going for the CT scan. The doc wanted a heavy contrast scan, which means dye, and she hadn't had a scan with dye in about 25 years because she had a reaction and stopped breathing. But this guy is really good, really reassured her, and provided good instructions on the script to make sure she was premedicated properly for the test. And it all went well. Today was a breeze compared to that.

I got less important but somewhat similar good news earlier in the week: I've been living in a lead & Arsenic contaminated area since 2001 & my first test for it ever came back clean.
