No idea where this thought came from, but my answer is no. Other than hi-res replacements, I've probably got 90% of the music I've ever wanted.

I may be misunderstanding the question, but no. The only way to make my collection more to my liking would be by increasing its size.

except maybe for far better copies of the same material.

Sure. I can't say that I've never bought a CD that either didn't end up liking or eventually outgrew, and I can't say that I have every CD I'll ever want.
