Songs about tensions/personal situations between band members or musicians......where all musicians are playing together.

I'm not sure how many of these there really are.....and how many are not on the topic of affairs/cheating.
......and I'm sure some of these may be good natured/tongue-in-cheek where people aren't mad with each other at the time.

Bye Bye Love - George Harrison's version
Rewrite about Patti leaving George for Eric Clapton.......with Eric and Patti playing on the song.

The KKK Took My Baby Away - The Ramones
Joey wrote this about Johnny stealing his girlfriend.......Johnny playing guitar on the studio and many live versions.

Hatred - The Kinks
A self portrait of Ray & Dave.....played by the Kinks (this one definitely tongue-in-cheek, but also on their final album)

Always seemed to me that "Mixed Emotions" was about the animosity in the Stones camp in the late 80s. I really thought it might all end after Dirty Work.

How bout a couple from two of the biggest selling albums of all time:

The Chain - Fleetwoord Mac. Nope, there's no bitterness in that song between Lindsey and Stevie

Don't Speak - No Doubt. A song written by the dumper meant to be sung by the dumpee. Bonus points for a video that highlighted a different band conflict for everyone to see.

Derek and the dominos - moody jam (out-take may 1971) they broke up shortly after this recording from the tension & anger between them.

It did appear that way, what with all the carping in the press.

I remember reading a Rolling Stone article in 1989 about the recording of Steel Wheels and how Jagger and Richards had agreed to a truce and even so, things were a little tense in the studio.

U think one could add a couple more songs from Rumors to that list!

Richard and Linda Thompson's Shoot Out The Lights.
Much of this album was written & recorded quite some time before it was released, but the Thompson's marriage was by all accounts beginning to show strains when the album was finished and finally released. They divorced shortly thereafter.

I always hear this as Mick's Demotion, and Keith is having a laugh.
