I'm stacking Fargo up in my DVR, so I don't know. FX isn't replaying them during the week, either, so no second bite at the apple for now.
I hope it's fine, but I won't even check until I settle in to watch them - binge fashion, after the season is done, probably.

I also have the latest episode saved on my DVR so I should get to it tonight.
You can also watch Fargo thru the HULU portal and I’ve heard it looks better that way but I haven’t tried it yet.

BTW chris rock shines, but he just isn't focused on enough.

Just watched the latest episode (#5) and didn't notice any sound issue or video issue. This was directly from FX on a Verizon FIOS system. I tried to watch via FX on HULU streaming but couldn't get it work (too many people streaming on the network at a peak time). But the episode looked fine off my DVR.
I agree that this season isn't as good as past seasons but its still great tv. Love the Timothy Olyphant character.

Many people had issues with the FX broadcast (just audio) of loud wind-like sounds appearing, but then being cut when dialogue was spoken. Many said it was on the commercials as well, but I fast forward through commercials so I didn't have that experience.

I see Fargo episode #6 is on tonight on FX, as expected, but at 11 pm central, they are also replaying episode #5. This means if the sound was screwed up last week, a back up recording would be in order, so I'm recording that, too. When I get around to binge watching them stacked up in my DVR, if one is flawed, I'll have the back up now.

i don't know how many of you watch 'who wants to be a millionaire', but last night there was one question that just blew me away.
which of these four films had 3 of its actors go on to win the best actor oscar later in their career?
A - the breakfast club
B - say anything
C- fast times at ridgemont high
D - dead poets society

I believe it was Sean Penn, although I'm not sure of the role - did he win for Milk? I'm also thinking Jennifer Jason Leigh for either Hateful Eight or Last Exit To Brooklyn. And the third guess is Laurence Fishburne, but I don't have a clue for the role. Geez, that was a dumb mistake.

I could think of two actors in one, so I had to hunt through the list on IMDB for the other actors in that movie, and then find the third "best actor" Oscar winner in the last. But without having that, I would have guessed that movie since it had two already I know about.

Yeah. I knew about Sean Penn - Mystic River (2003) and Milk(2008) - and Forest Whitaker - The Last King of Scotland - but had to hunt for Nicolas Cage - Leaving Las Vegas .
Actually, I had to remind myself which movies they won it for, but had a strong belief they had both won for something.
But yeah, I had a "Cage was in that movie?" moment. I hunted for some images online, and yeah, he was, though I was surprised.
