This is for all the newbies out there who may not know this. I learned a trick or two about using credit cards.

When ordering from Amazon US, I use the Amazon Chase credit card. When you sign up, you get something like $30 off your first order, plus you then get bonus points worth 3% off after-the-fact for all future orders, except I think for 3rd party marketplace vendors.

When ordering from Amazon UK, I use a CapitalOne MasterCard, thereby avoiding the usual 3% foreign conversion fee. There are a few credit cards out there that don't charge the foreign fee...

That's my story AISTI...

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Purchases = 13.24% for the Signature card or 18.24% or 21.24% for the Platinum card, based on your creditworthiness. These APRs will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate.

P.S. You don't get the 3% bonus point discount by using the Amazon US card for Amazon UK purchases.

Thanks for the answer, but no thanks on the card. With the current 0% interest the fed is charging these b@$t@rd$, anything over 10% is a huge rip off.

I accumulated so many Amazon points using there Visa card, I've bought alot of stuff lately for free. It is a great deal.

To be clear, my comment was directed towards Chase, NOT Amazon.

Too late! Amazon has already read your post; they will hunt you down, they will find you, and they will fuck you up.

:numbskull:

Don't mess with Amazon.
