Is the cover image blown up a little too large on your copy too? On my copy, the name "Badfinger" is cut off a little at the top edge of the booklet, and the top right point of the backing paper which holds the "sailor" photo goes all the way to the right edge of the cover, when there really should be some space there as seen in the original cover.

I don't mind keeping an additional pressing of a CD for different tracks, or a different mix, but I'd hate to feel obligated to keep the original German Warner Bros. pressing (which doesn't sound quite as good as the Collectors' Choice version ... although they're both fairly dull) just for a correctly reproduced cover image.

Sadly, I kept them both for that reason. The artwork reproduction is much better on the German discs and doesn't have the intrusive Collector's Choice logo.

You do get the lyrics in the German booklet also, if that helps make it more palatable that you're keeping both. I was able to fit them both in a slimline jewel. FYI, the CCM release now appears to be out of print. I also didn't care for the white border on the CCM or the slightly greenish tint and blown out whites of the photo reproduction versus the German WB cover.
