I have virtually no extra cash, but I might see Yes for the 20th time in February in AC. Not quite sure though-driving down on a weeknight is not appealing. Otherwise there's nothing I'd go see now anyway.

The recession has really hurt the concert business. I've never seen such a dry period.
But I've got to say I've seen almost all of the acts that I had missed in the last few years so I'm good. There aren't many bands that I would spend over $100 these days.

I've seen a few All-Starr shows, including the last tour, but I'll probably skip this one. Mister Mister?? Yikes!
One of my coworkers just clued me into James Taylor and Carole King touring together this summer, backed by long-time sidemen Danny "Kootch" Kortchmar, Russ Kunkel and Lee Sklar. (If this has been discussed at ICE already, I don't remember.) They'll be at MSG on 6/15.There was a presale yesterday, but those tickets are already sold out (@ $150 a pop). I may try to dig up a single seat as the date draws closer.
I've seen Taylor several times over the years, but never saw Carole King in concert.

James Taylor usually plays Jones Beach each Summer so this tour may make a stop there. And if you wait till the night of the concert, you can get in for $20 bucks!

Ray Davies just announced another US tour starting in February. Only 2 dates so far....... 2/26 Atlantic City.....too much a haul for me on a work night 2/27 Westbury, NY.....got my ticket!
Ringo at Bethel Woods will likely be my only concert this year, unless I can scrape together enough money to go to Michael Arnone's Crawfish Fest in Augusta NJ (June 4, 5 and 6) which is a weekend of New Orleans food and music.
