The Flaming Lips' Wayne Coyne has made a poster using his own blood, and you can see a video of him making it below.

The poster was printed to commemorate the group's recent appearance at this year's Austin City Limits festival and it will soon be auctioned, reports Consequence Of Sound.

"We thought it would be silly to use chicken blood or something," Coyne says in the video. "They don't need to sacrifice their vital fluids any more than I need to."

A lot of music geeks swear by these guys but I've always been more or less indifferent. After this little stunt I find them downright dislikable now.
