The top of my list is Ummagumma - Pink Floyd (The 'Live' CD)
Those 4 or 5 performances included on the 'Live' section of the 1969 double LP Ummagumma is my all time favorite.

I would be in Pink Floyd heaven if EMI were able to find some more gems from those 1969 performances and include them as bonus tracks or as an archive release.

An addition: Pink Floyd Animals - With the expanded version of Pigs On The Wing from the 8 Track Tape version.

2nd: Allman Brothers Band - Brothers & Sisters (1973) - Come on Polygram, there must be more out-takes.

I still would like to see the Wall with proper playing order and the extra tracks.

And speaking of live Floyd, some of the 70s tour material in which they were slowly developing DOGS and SHEEP (Raving and Drooling etc).

The B-52s Mesopotamia with all the songs from the David Byrne sessions, plus the UK remixes.

CSNY - deja vu

the stories of the countless hours in the studio leads one to believe there has to be more stuff out there besides "sea of madness" which showed up on that 'archives" boot a couple years ago.

Any White Stripes studio cd. If there already is such a release, it's escaped me.

"The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan" with the four songs from the rare promo vinyl. Ditto for "Blood On The Tracks".

An expanded CD wouldn't fit in inside a jewel case.

I have a KISS bootleg with some Elder demos and outtakes and there's a song called "Don't Run," which is "Dark Light" with alternate lyrics.

I'll be thrilled if Bowie ever gets around to releasing the expanded Station To station with the complete Nassau '76 he's been threatening for a couple years.

I'd also love to see an expanded Pinups with the Ryko bonus tracks & the 1980 Floor Show. Defries appears to have the multi track masters, the 1980FS version of Time was on one of the Golden Years releases in very nice obviously remixed stereo.

Yeah, Bowie was doing a great job of rereleasing, I was basically rebuilding my library of him chronologically. Then ... poof! Gone!

For some reason, no alternate takes or outtakes from the "By Numbers" sessions have ever appeared, not even (as far as I know anyway) on bootleg. But the 75-76 concerts that followed was perhaps some of the best that the original Who ever played, and very little from that tour has seen any official release.

I'd be THRILLED just to get a decent sounding On Your Feet. I've read that the master tapes are lost, but they could still clean it up a bit.
