Let me get this right... A sculptor made a sculpture depicting Britney giving birth. The only problem with that is old Brit had a planned C-section so she wouldn't have to go through the birthing process. Fortunately (or not) the sculptor did not choose to go with Brit's real method of delivery.
Caution before clicking the link. Even though it's a sculpture, some people may be offended by the image (for more reasons than one.)

I was wondering the same thing. I guess it's symbolic for c-section.
At best I'm thinking it might be the conception position??

I love that it doesn't even look like her. It's just a female figure that he labled "Britney Spears" to generate publicity.
The guy is a publicity hack. I'll bet he didn't even do the sculpting but had assistants who did the real work from his "design".
