First of all, my apologies for the unscheduled downtime. Our poor old servers finally gave up the ghost this past Friday and forced us to make the move to a new host right away. There was no way to keep everyone up to date on our situation since members' e-mail addresses were inaccessible along with everything else.

Data (mostly images) is still in the process of being transferred to the new servers, and we expect this to take a while longer, so you might find that graphical attachments in older posts aren't showing, and some older threads are incomplete. The chatroom isn't fully functional yet either. All of IMWAN's data is safe, though, it's just a matter of getting it all stored on the new servers.

Dan is overseeing the site's transfer and is reconfiguring, recoding and generally going without sleep so that everything in the forum works properly on the new servers. If you experience any problems, please save the text of the error message and paste it into this thread so we have something to work from. It might be necessary for us to close the doors temporarily when Dan applies certain updates or runs certain scripts, so don't expect 100% uptime for a few days yet.

That's just from the "board disabled" notice in the menubar. When we open the doors that will disappear and the formatting will be correct again.

That having been said, you will pay for your insolence! How will be made clear to you soon -- just as soon as I make up an Evil Plan!

Yeah, I was spooked after afew attempts in the past few days I was not able to get to IMWAN.

Today I decided to Google the site which was able to bring back our beloved site.
I had to reinstate my Favorite for site connection.
