I'm listening to Galore (a collection of her greatest hits) and, while I'm enjoying the music, I find myself sad.

I miss her too.

As my favorite album of hers was Tropical Brainstorm, I think she was at the peak of her creative powers when we lost her. I would have loved to hear what was up her sleeve next. I think she would have continually surprised us with stylistic changes, but with that biting wit and pop smarts always coming through.

What a voice. They always play "Fairytale in New York" on our local NPR station during the holidays and it makes me stop what I am doing to listen.
Looking at her Wiki page, I didn't know about the ongoing controversy concerning her death.

Yeah, she was great that 3 cd import box set is pretty comprehensive for those looking.

While I like Tracey Ullman's recording better, this is an absolutely STUNNING piece of pop songwriting.
