If anyon has them, I could use slips for the DCC Ringo, Heart and Nat King Cole Greatest Hits CDs. Bought all used, and all sans slip cover.

Then again, I also keep the stickers that are on the plastic of the new CDs I buy, so perhaps I'm not the most reasonable person to ask... Hahahaha! I take enough ribbing from family and friends that I thought I was the only one who kept those stickers. Thank goodness for a board like this: I'm not alone! I tend to keep the cardboard slipcovers, and I have a collection of the old longboxes, too. Note to self: show this thread to wife later to prove that I am not the only one who saves the stickers! Us collecters are not totally crazy, just slightly OCD in some of our ways!

I have hundreds (thousands more like) of stickers from both CDs and albums. Since most CD inlay trays are see-thru now, I usually trim around the sticker and slip it inside the jewel box.

Another good reason to keep the slipcovers is that the album title is usually in a larger typeface than it appears on the edge of the jewel case, making it easier to locate on the shelf. Believe me, this is something I appreciate more and more with each passing year.

I too like a nice sticker on my jewel case. In Europe, the stickers are usually put directly on the jewel cases, so I've never bothered to do the trimming. But I have got a music friend who trims the stickers on his US imports and keeps the stickers under the back lids.

Thank God for you guys (and gals). I now feel slightly less nuts for keeping the stickers. Slipcases are non-negotiable, but stickers are a whole new can of crazy...or so I thought!

Whether foreign or domestic, it can be a problem if the jewel case breaks. I occasionally save the labels n' stickers and put 'em in the back, but only if it doesn't obscure the photo or track listing. It's not that big a deal to me.

PM me if you seriously have those and want to toss. I'll pay the shipping!!! Just bumping my earlier requests, if anyone wants to part with these...since this thread is turning into a clearinghouse anyways...

The Legacy edition slipcovers I do keep because they don't stay closed otherwise. Same with other digipaks.

I have that Barry Manilow Live Legacy Edition, but you'll have to pry the slipcase for it out of my cold dead hands.
