Irma Thomas - Not sure I'd call her "cute," but she's one of my favorite female singers of all-time. (I don't much care for this video, but the song and singer are still worth hearing IMHO.)

Having just seen the Smashing Pumpkins, let me tell you that bassist Ginger Reyes is incredibly cute/hot and a very good bassist. Also, keyboardist Lisa Harriton is pretty as well. Very nice to look at and better than staring at Billy Corgan's bald head all night!
Also, in their day, Martha Davis (The Motels) and Patty Smyth (Scandal) were hotties.
