I recently bought a copy of the October 30th re-release of the Beatles' "Help!" and "Disc 2" - despite being labeled as disc 2 - is actually a duplicate of disc 1.
I assume that this is something the manufacturer will be willing to correct, but does anyone know how to get in touch with them?
Nothing has been declared yet as far as a replacement policy, but this is becoming a fairly large problem - they must have had a good run of improperly labeled discs.
To start with, if you haven't already done so, contact the place of purchase and explain the problem to see if they would exchange it.
Hopefully more information will be forthcoming from Apple Corps. regarding this batch of defects and an actual exchange policy (including identification of proper sets, such as the SK-1 sticker placed on the corrected "Capitol Years Vol. 2" box sets).
Good luck!

That's pretty cool. I don't care about the extras, so hopefully mine is like that too. I can let the kids play the extra disc, and keep the other for me.
