10/29: Filing Dispute with Mastercard if order is not here by Monday.
10/31: They claim they're sending a "replacement" as a response to my email threatening a charge back. I have requested a tracking number, so far no reply. According to Wikipedia (which I know can have false info) this company is supposedly a huge Midwest conglomerate, so I'm still assuming that the issue is awful customer service rather then an outright rip off.

Either way, I will NEVER order from them again.

They had the best price on the internet by a couple dollars on this item, but with crap service like this....................

Still not here, exactly 1 month after I placed the order. They talked me into waiting on the dispute, but it will be filed Friday 11/9 if the dvd hasn't arrived.

I suggest staying far away from these SLIME.

Last word on this: Finally arrived today, 1 day short of a month after the dvd was released on 10/9.

The package had a UPS postmark of 11/3/07. PART of the problem was although I entered my zip code correctly & it was correctly printed on the shipping label, it was twice changed incorrectly by hand. I'm actually surprised it arrived at all.

That's only part of the problem as the UPS postmark shows it took over 3 weeks for them to even ship. At least it arrived safely & is what I ordered.
