I can't think of many original line-up reunions that I'd like to see happen, because so many people are dead, but off the top of my head:

I would like to see the original Blue Cheer, with Leigh Stephens on guitar. The current lineup is ok, but something is missing. Mott the Hoople would be another one, and while not the original band, the Stones with Mick Taylor on guitar.

I saw Mick Taylor live, but he didn't play any Rolling Stones songs, it was all blues rock.

the hoffman site had a very long thread just like this.
in fact it was exactly the same, and it really had some very interesting choices.
my choice was always buffalo springfield, but then bruce palmer died, but you can always use jim messina.
