I don't remember the years of release, but I like:

Nirvana - Nevermind, Incesticide, In Utero
Oasis - Definitely Maybe, Morning Glory, The Masterplan
Blur - Parklife, The Great Escape, Blur, 13
Radiohead - The Bends
Suede - all their stuff

and a little obscurity:

Ballistic Brothers - London Hooligan Soul

It's much harder for me to post my favorites from the 90s here because even though I grew up in the 90s all of the music I used to listen to were on old cassette tapes that I got rid of more than three years ago now and other than one sentimental favorite I just had to have I never bothered to replace any of them with cd's, so at best it's been around 3 years since I last heard any of them but for the majority it's probably been closer to 6 or 7 years actually. I do own a few cd's from the 90s though that are worth mentioning like R.E.M.'s Automatic for the People and Peter Gabriel's Us from '92, my lone sentimental favorite Steven Curtis Chapman's Heaven in the Real World from '94, my lone Rod Stewart album If We Fall In Love Tonight from '96, Elton's The Big Picture from '97, Brad Paisley's Who Needs Pictures from '99, but that's about it from me. I might someday buy some more sentimental 90s favorites but I doubt it since I tend to now only buy cd's I had never owned before on cassette.
