Thank you for the memories, Mr. Lewis. The last man standing no more, but his memory is indelible. A titan, a legend and always the Killer. He was one of a kind both as an artist and a person.

Sigh; this one kind of hurts, because I was really considering travelling down to see him, but Covid messed up international travel. He played Riot Fest a couple of years ago - which blew my mind - and there was a kick ass show in Vegas with Duane Eddy that I had considered.
But with this passing, the last of the 50s icons are gone, and there's no chance that I will ever see any of them.
RIP, Killer, and thanks for the music.

Although not as big as all the icons mentioned in this thread, to me the last one standing is Wanda Jackson.
RIP Jerry Lee. Glad I got to see you perform a couple of times.
