Went to my buddy’s Pig Roast that they have hosted for 55 consecutive years on the Sunday before Labor Day. He’s a drummer and late Friday night he asked if I wanted to play a couple of songs at the party. I asked my kids if they could come up with any ideas and these are their hand picked ditties. One practice only yesterday.

And Emma is a theatre geek so this was a step outside for her. Her “costume” cost a total of about $4 due to her obsession with thrifting and the sewing machine. And that includes the cost of the safety pins adorning her shirt. All that hair was free.
