We have been watching The Offer on Paramount+ about the making of The Godfather and of course Jimmy is mentioned often (his fight scene in the movie is legendary).
So it is shocking to find out he has passed away today at the age of 82.

The last thing I recall seeing him in was the 2003-2007 series, Las Vegas, as Ed Deline. He was the Big boss type in 88 episodes, with Josh Duhamel, James Lesure, Mike Cannon, Vanessa Marcil, Sam Marquez, Nikki Cox, Molly Sims, Marsha Thomason, etc. I enjoyed it. According to IMDB he's been working right up to today, but I haven't seen or heard the most recent stuff, apparently. Well, maybe a Family Guy cameo voice.

The fight scene is definitely legendary, but what people will remember most is him getting gunned down on the causeway.
