JOYCE DRAKE, 74, of Sealy, Texas, passed from this life Thursday, August 5, 2021, at her home.

She was born February 23, 1947, in Pasadena, Texas, the daughter of Billy Roberts and Louie Evelyn Brown Yeats. Joyce grew up in various places in Texas, graduating from Kirbyville High School. Joyce was united in marriage to Clyde Drake, on July 2, 1966, in Kirbyville, Texas.

She and Clyde have made their home in Sealy from 1976 to 1984 and most recently for the past 17 years. Joyce loved being a Pastor’s wife and her joy was meeting new people, playing the piano, and singing.
