On 2/23/20 I pre-ordered the Marillion box from Amazon.UK. They had by far the best price. It now states, "This item does not ship to the United States." It did NOT state that at that time. They are currently not responding to live chat & it is not possible to email them.

Should I cancel the order & look elsewhere, or will it likely be fulfilled (they have NOT emailed me, & the order is still listed)?

In the Amazon UK music department, the current plan is for pre-orders being released March 27th and April 3rd to enter the shipping process by April 6th. Many titles are currently not orderable outside of England in order to avoid adding to that backlog. It doesn't affect pre-orders that were already placed, and the block on placing new overseas pre-orders should be gone around the same time as shipments start again, if not sooner. (And in the meantime, a lot of release dates are being pushed back anyway.)
