That's sad news. I used to watch The Mod Squad when I was a kid and in Twin Peaks, she just so perfect and so beautiful.

One of my early crushes as a young boy. I was so tickled when she appeared on Angie Tribeca as Rashida Jones' mother. RIP, Peggy.

Though she is most famous for the Mod Squad, she had a great turn as Norma on Twin Peaks too. She made the best damn cup of coffee and cherry pie in the county.
RIP Norma, RIP Peggy.

I was too young for Mod Squad. I loved her on Twin Peaks; the conclusion to her character's story in the The Return was an emotional high point.

She also did a cover of Donovan's "Wear Your Love Like Heaven" that I heard on the radio at the time, as well as a self-titled album and a few other singles.

R.I.P. I liked the clip from the Mod Squad where she performed "Now That Everything's Been Said", the title song of The Carole King & the City's album. I don't see the clip on youtube any more.

Cartoonist Jim Blanchard painted this commissioned portrait of Peggy Lipton in 2017, acrylic on 12" x 18" cradled panel
