Since Rick A. brought this up in the Journey thread, I thought I'd break it out to draw a little more attention.

For those of you who get AXS-TV (and I believe at least some of it is available online), Dan Rather does a weekly series called The Big Interview. He gets a lot of musicians on the show, and the interviews are usually quite good and in-depth. Last week, he had Steve Perry on for a fascinating hour - it went to some places that a lot of interviews don't, especially when we see these guys on the usual shows.

Tonight, it's Paul Stanley, and next week is Cyndi Lauper. Both already set to record.

Looking forward to the Paul Stanley, that should be a blast. Dan Rather is better than most music journalists for interviews.

I saw a Neil Young one as well and that was fun. "Rock On" Rather states and a big smile and a fist slap to the armrest was Neil's joyful response.
