Now you all have been spot on with the Stumpers so this time The Stool has three of them under the “Rhino’s Sampler”.
On the left is a promo copy of Maria McKee's self-titled debut solo album, and in the middle is a limited edition of New Kids On The Block Step By Step, but I'm coming up blank on the third one.
Great Job. To quote Monty Python “ that rabbit is dynamite!”
Not sure of the third one myself as yet. I’m afraid to take it out of its netting bag.

THE SUNDAY BLUE PLATE SPECIAL “HOT TUNA” JIMBO DROP!
Jim had a smattering of Hot Tuna and Hot Effin Jorma discs in the collection but decided to bulk it up one lunchtime.
The Psycho Circus set has lenticular cover art and a back stage pass on a chain in the box.
Now Jimmy’s Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds section is getting hefty so I’ll have to listen to a little sampling as I’ve never heard anything by them.
The right side of The Desk has some nice boxes, like The R.J. Dio Live At Radio City.
Three make The Stack. Johnny Winter, Jimi and a Les Paul Trio collaboration with multiple artists. Something just feels right matching Les Paul with a Marshall Stack!
And the writing is so small on The Stumper that I couldn’t read any writing even with my glasses on. Please help me.

The Alias album was pretty much standard AOR. I was disappointed by the album as I was hoping it would have more of an early Heart vibe to it which is definitely did not. But it was pretty similar in style to what Heart was doing at the same time. To me it came off most as a cross between John Elefante-era Kansas and 80s pop Foreigner. Really should appeal to people who liked Survivor and bands like that. I sold just a couple of these back in my record store days because there were a few customers we had who were known to just love this style of music, but this album went absolutely nowhere outside of that core bunch.

THE AUDIO/VIDEO EDITION OF THE JIMBO DROP!
Mostly all of Jim’s larger boxes have either DVDs or CDs, this had both. There were a bunch of homemade CDs from friends too.
Just an awesome broad variety of massively unique stuff.
Pink Floyd “Discovery” box with all the studio albums through “Division Bell”.
That Rhino “Hot Rods And Custom Classics” set is made to look like a box that model cars used to come in. There are actual fuzzy dice and a bottle opener in there.
The second “Nuggets” box, Uriah Heep, Some Girls with a T-shirt included and the Hanna-Barbera Classic Cartoons “Pic-A-Nic Basket” set.
Ron Wood, Robert Fripp, Bangladesh, Rounder Records, Apple Records......I’m outta breath.
Rory Gallagher on The Stack. And the tear shaped “Out Of Tears” CD single on the stool to represent how much I miss talking to Jimmy about our favorite band.
I think there is a 50/50 chance we saw that Jethro Tull concert at MSG together. We probably saw them four or more times.

Some familiar stuff in this one. I really like the Flaming Lips video. What's the Rory set? I've really gotten more into him the last few years.
