I am not happy with them. I ordered a few pieces for resale. They were out of 50% of my order (though their website showed them as in stock at the quantities I ordered); but only lowered the shipping by $1.00. If my business gets a similar order, I first ask the customer if they still want to place the order; AND I reduce shipping accordingly (i.e. honestly). This order's shipping went up to over $4 ea per cd. It's going to be challenging to make any profit.

I also selected priority mail to get them quickly for xmas sales; 4 days after ordering they finally printed a shipping label. It's not yet been delivered to the post office.

Lastly, they have not responded to 3 emails.

I strongly suggest avoiding them like the plague. It is not the way to do business.
