I'll be in New York, for a very short trip in mid October (1 week) to see my wife who runs a company there. Is any Imwan's interested in catching up for a beer and chat? I am coming to check out schools, work (for me) and where to live at Staten Island NY. I promise to bring my Crocodile hat but I lost my big knife  I am hoping there is still somewhere I can buy CDs & DVDs etc in New York.

I don't drink beer, but I can be chatty. And there aren't many places left in Manhattan for CD shopping, but I do know a few.

Thanks guys, I have decided to go to GA a week before NY to finally see 'The Big House' in Macon.
Hopefully its easy to get to from LA by plane and then to NY. Big adventure for me.

Sadly I'm cancelling my trip to USA for the 2nd time in a year!. My dad has cancer  100% coming next year

My prayers are with you Adrian and especially for your Dad. My Dad had cancer with less than 30% chance of survivor and he pulled out of it so it can happen.
We will postpone our beach visit until next year. Your time with your Dad is obviously the thing you and the family want to occur.

Wife also cleared off & I quit my job I had for 12 years
My dads recovering well
