I've used "My Yahoo" for years, but it's turned to garbage, feeds that don't work & fake stories that are really adds. Just tried Google news, but it's not customizable enough for me.

I'd appreciate any suggestions. I'm looking for highly customized (to my specified interests) news, music news, sports, weather, etc. I.E., what Yahoo used to be before Microcrap bought them.

That's in order of preference, for me. Start.me had some issues with rss updating reliably that turned me off. Been using protopage for over a year now, and had used netvibes since the announcement that Google was doing away with iGoogle, so for a few years. I think the only reason I moved from Netvibes was some sort of widget problem that start.me and protopage didn't have but I can't remember what it was now. Any of those top 3 are great alternatives. ighome tries too hard to be an iGoogle clone and leaves a lot to be desired.
