I don't know if others are running into this; it may just be a string of bad luck.

Almost every site I've ordered something from the last several months has messed up on projected shipping date (& not by a small amount). I'm getting really tired of the phone calls & emails involved.

I won't name the offenders due to Imwan policy; but it hasn't just been 1 site; it's been almost everyone I've bought from.

At least ebay refunded 2 problematic orders from 2 ebay sellers who refused to fix their mistakes with minimal hassle. Never thought I'd be happier with ebay cs than the competition.........

I still have 2 issues in progress with 2 sites; the others have been resolved, but I am getting sick of wasting alot of my time.

The ones I currently specifically remember have all been shipping dates that weren't even close to what was posted on the website. No one has accused me of causing any of these multiple errors. Right now one is a 6/28 order that was supposed to ship by 7/7. Then it changed to 8/3! A rep then guaranteed delivery by 7/5. Than my card was billed & refunded & I was back to 8/3. Now the vendor (a large one) is saying 7/14. This is my 3rd delivery issue with this vendor this year.

That's just one of them............... & they're NOT all music/movies. 2 have been food items.

I'm starting to miss b&m stores.

I'll go to EBay at times or an indie rarely for impossible to find but 98+% goes to Amazon. Their service is a 10!
And very honest as well, even if it's just a penny difference they will account and credit that. Wow!

Strange. Comic book collecting and ordering on the net has never been better.

I ordered two DVDs the beginning of December 2017 from Loving the Classics.
They sent one by early February, and when I inquired them about the missing DVD, only then did they
tell me that it had arrived from their supplier damaged.

I finally got the disc today—just seven months after ordering. What crappy service. And as they sell
pretty much burned and custom-labeled (mostly) public domain stuff, I have a hard time believing that
they aren't really just a single old man burning these things in their basement.

In their defense, they did offer me a refund shortly after I asked about the missing disc. But, as I have
never dealt with them before this order, and because my credit card information was pirated shortly after
I placed my initial order with the company, I didn't want to give them my new card info. So, I just sat it
out never sure if I'd ever get it.

My son ordered me a Ditko: Unleashed, a coffee table sized book from Amazon and it came damaged. I processed a return and they credited me the money and I bought a new book. It came it two days.

A problem I recently had (one with Amazon and the other an auction site) was incorrectly labeled items. Case in point.... I ordered a Blu Ray of Nightwish (End of an Era) and both times the disc was said to be NTSC and both times I got PAL discs even though they were advertised as NTSC. I fought like hell to get my money back from the auction vendor. Amazon, of course, refunded me immediately.

Another thing I've noticed lately with Amazon is they're not putting the record label and release year on all items. That makes a difference in whether I buy or not. I don't want original pressings in most cases.

No problems here but I don't do pre-orders very often. Only thing that I haven't gotten in a reasonable amount of time over the last year has been the BOC Live Compendium box but since that is a grey-market release I'm not surprised. Was originally supposed to be released sometime in June and now the vendor has a July 28th release date listed. But again, when talking grey-market...it's hard to hold a vendor responsible for that.

I wasn't just complaining about pre-orders; 2 of my issues were with in stock items. A third came up yesterday. In stock, not supposed to arrive until 8/10.
