A tradition is at midnight I play Jimi Hendrix: Live at the Fillmore East at midnight (Disc 2) which starts the disc with the countdown and leads into Auld Lang Syne . Very easy to coordinate the time so I time travel right back to the Fillmore. My girlfriend follows with "OK. you can put away the bourbon now". I'll reply with "Haven't I been doing that all night long"?
Just drove from NJ to LI after having dinner in NJ with family at Don Pepe's restaurant in Parsippany. No traffic at all so we are safe and sound at home now watching Dick Clark's Rocking New Years Eve on ABC.

Just drove from NJ to LI after having dinner in NJ with family at Don Pepe's restaurant in Parsippany. No traffic at all so we are safe and sound at home now watching Dick Clark's Rocking New Years Eve on ABC.
Wow, Don Pepe's in Parsippany. That's a flashback. I went there once with my brother in-law and sister many years ago.

Went to a small party w/some friends (after the Pens-Canadiens game). My son and his friends were there - they asked me to take a pic of the group. So I did. And snuck In a pic of me making a face at them. Bonus plan. Came home and watched some of the Kathy Griffin/Anderson Cooper stuff.
