I'm not sure if we're done this before, but if we have, it's been a long time. I'm in the process of digitizing my Christmas music collection, no small task and I've been adding the tracks that are often lost in albums or singles that are not Christmas in nature. Bonus tracks on CD reissues are perfectly acceptable. This could be an ongoing thread that you could add to as you discover things on your own. Here are some examples:

Kate Bush - Rubberband Girl CD Single ("Home For Christmas")
Kate Bush - This Woman's Work Volume One ("December Will Be Magic Again")
Angel - An Anthology ("The Winter Song" & "The Christmas Song")
The Alarm - Standards ("Happy Xmas (War Is Over)")
Kurtis Blow - The Best Of Kurtis Blow ("Christmas Rappin'")
Fountains Of Wayne - Out Of State Plates ("I Want An Alien For Christmas" & "The Man In The Santa Suit")
Cyndi Lauper - Hat Full Of Stars ("Feels Like Christmas")
Cyndi Lauper - Detour ("Hard Candy Christmas")
NRBQ - Peek-A-Boo The Best Of NRBQ 1969-1989 ("Christmas Wish")
Squeeze - The Big Squeeze & Excess Moderation ("Christmas Day")
Bee Gees - Studio Albums 67-68 ("All My Christmases Came At Once" & "Thank You For Christmas" & "Silent Night/Hard The Herald Angels Sing")
Sheena Easton - No Sound But A Heart ("It's Christmas All Over The World")
India.Arie - Voyage To India (Target Exclusive Bonus Track - "Christmas Song")
Diana Krall - The Look Of Love ("The Man With The Bag")
Queen - The Works (2CD Reissue) ("Thank God It's Christmas")
Eddie Money - Shakin' With The Money Man ("Everybody Loves Christmas")

There are so many more. Please chime in when you think of one or many.

I'd actually be more interested in the opposite: Non Xmas rarities on Xmas cd's.

I notice that Billy Joel has played "She's Right On Time" for the past 2 years at his December MSG shows. It's a nice little song.

MTV always played the Billy Joel video every Christmas.

Great song, one of my favorites.

I think xmas is just an incidental theme to River; but I would agree it has become identified with the holiday. I also think the song is a masterpiece.

Elton's "Step Into Christmas" and its B-side "Ho! Ho! Ho! (Who'd Be a Turkey at Christmas)" are both on the Rare Masters compilation as well.

Could be worse; I've had Learning since the day of release, & until this instant never listened to 2000 miles close enough to connect it to xmas (I still haven't, but I believe the 2 of you!)
