The Talking Heads' "More Songs about Buildings and Food" has one song about buildings and one song about food.

I think the question is intended for answers like the Kinks and Talking Heads albums. Mostly, I could only come up with reprises, variations or parts or the type of things you find in thematic albums like The Wall.

That said, I came up with these reprises and parts:
Dreamboat Annie — Heart (3 variations of this song on the album)
Split — The Groundhogs (this was divided into 4 consecutive parts, with Part 2 rising to the top)

Just this past weekend I picked up a US Petula Clark album titled Color My World/Who Am I. Not as creative as The Kinks but I guess it gets the point across that the album includes both of those songs. Apparently the original UK version was simply titled Colour My World.
