as a teenager, i remember staying the weekend at a buddy's house whose parents and family had left us there by ourselves. we happened to be up late watching tv and were lucky enough to catch a Wendy O. Williams flailing herself about atop an old car on stage, wearing only a short bit of black electrical tape over each nipple and singing her heart out.

and i'm talking about the look on the tv show host's face. i believe it was Tom Snyder.
