As time goes by, this seems less and less likely. I trust Amazon to know if something is still in the pipeline, and they seem to think that this is not.

Another month has gone by [I first raised this issue on July 28 and then again on August 28] with still nothing. I'll be very surprised if this really shows up in 17 days.
