Was this the concert that they used to show on HBO in the '80s, where Tom Johnston joined them for a few songs at the end? I always enjoyed both versions of the band, and thought it was cool to have MM & TJ playing together.

The whole catalog (up to One Step Closer) was remastered in 2010 and released in Japanese MLPS.They sound 10x better than the current domestic rubbish. Toulouse Street, The Captain And Me, and Takin' To The Streets were remastered and released on MoFi Hybrid SACD's in 2010 [Killer Sound!]. Minute By Minute was remastered and released on an AF Gold Disc back in 2009 [I prefer the sound on the Jap MLPS]. Cycles, Brotherhood and Sibling Rivalry were also remastered a few years ago with bonus tracks but are now OOP. The Farewell Tour album was reissued on Rhino Encore but is now OOP as well.

Can anybody confirm something for me? I read that the Japan release of this CD had the whole show. I read this on Amazon reviews for this disc. The guy stated that the Japan release is 2 discs with, obviously, more songs. If that's the case, then that's the route I'm taking.

I like all era's of the Doobs (kinda like Genesis).

I was at BAM! today and rifling through a cheap CD bin. They had this in there, marked down to $5. When they rang it up, it came up as only $2.50.

I never planned on buying this, but for $5, I figured "what the hell?" Then I ended up getting it for half that price.

I also picked up Bon Jovi's 7800 Fahrenheit and U2's Wide Awake In America for $5.99 each.

I went in there to buy the new issue of MOJO, but they didn't have it yet, so I ended up getting some cheap stuff and filled in a couple of gaps in my collection.

Looks like this was a legitimate release from 2011.
